4. Technical Review: The application undergoes technical review by the technical sub-committee and take decisions on application. The leasing fee is Non-refundable.
5. Permit Issuance: Upon approval, you will receive your building permit after paying the prescribed fees within a period of 30 days if no queries are raised on submitted documents.
