The Suhum Municipal Assembly recently concluded its National Day of Prayer and Thanksgiving, an event hailed as a resounding success, marked by unprecedented unity and participation from across the community.  The event, spearheaded by the Municipal Chief Executive,Hon. Lydia Ohenewa Sarah,the Member of Parliament, Hon.Frank Asiedu Bekoe,the staff of the Suhum Municipality and various stakeholders, brought together Christians and Muslims alike in a powerful display of shared faith and national pride.
The day’s festivities were a vibrant tapestry of faith, showcasing the rich cultural heritage of Suhum.  Prayers, offered in both Christian and Muslim traditions, filled the air with a sense of peace and reflection.  The atmosphere was marked by a palpable sense of community, with residents of all ages engaging in various activities throughout the day.
