Officials from the Suhum Municipal Assembly conducted an inspection of the Betease waste dump site. The purpose of the inspection was to assess the effectiveness of recent expansion efforts and to ensure proper waste management practices are in place.
The Assembly is committed to creating a cleaner and healthier environment for all residents of Suhum. As part of this commitment, the Assembly recently expanded the Betease waste dump site and reshaped the refuse to create more space for waste disposal.
During the inspection, the MCE and her team ensured that the expansion is contributing to a more effective waste management system. The Assembly is kindly requesting the community to bear with the Assembly as the Container site will be cleared soon as the exercise is completed tomorrow.
